Replacement Insulation with Scratch Guard™
Upgrade your old insulation!
Replacement insulation with Scratch Guard™ and vapor proof interior. This replacement insulation will work in all older Kitty Tube models that have the Kitty Tube Logo on the side.
The Scratch Guard™ material is extremely durable and is on all interior surfaces. It will virtually eliminate damage from clawing and will considerably reduce condensation from forming in cold temperatures. The Scratch Guard™ materials are also on the optional Double Insulation Assembly.
The Kitty Tube insulation is now easier to remove and clean. The replacement insulation with Scratch Guard™ will lay flat when removed for ease of cleaning. The Scratch Guard™ material on all interior surfaces is also moisture proof, mold proof, mildew proof and bacteria proof. Deodorizing and sanitizing of the interior is now a breeze, as cat urine or spray from a male cat will not soak into the Scratch Guard™ material.
In the box: Gen 4 floor insulation disk and specialized foam, wall insulation wrapper, top insulation disk and the "H" channel for securing the insulation together.

Had to replace the "innards", scratch guard, as it had been marked by cat spray. Was extremely pleased that all the parts were included. Was easy to reinstall and it now stands ready to be used when the cold weather arrives. Customer service was great, also, when I first called about my predicament. Thank you so much!!

5 Replacement insulation and foam bottom piece

I bought my Gen 3 Kitty Tube in 2016. This is my first all around replacement for all of the insulation. This insulation really can and does at times take a beating and I must say it holds up like it's brand new. The Gen 4 replacement insulation fits perfectly in my Gen 3 Kitty Tube. A fantastic product indeed. Highly recommend.

The insulation in my old kitty tube needs to be replaced. I am glad the new lining fits the old kitty tubes.

After 10 years, I have replaced the insulation in my Kitty Tube and it is as good as new! Even better actually because of the upgrades! There is now a new, scratch proof, easier to clean surface! It was easy to install and now it is like having a brand new winter or rainy day home for my colony cats!

Got this to replace my old liner, along with the straw, it's a wonderful product that keeps the cats nice and warm in winter. Put it together before you install it in your kitty tube or you will never get it in right. This is a product that is well worth the price.

We have owned two of these wonderful tubes for several years now to accommodate several stray-feral kitties that seem to have adopted us. These tubes have witnessed birth, death, shelter, and refuge for season after season. We clean them out thoroughly, let them air in the sun, and I also sprinkle them liberally with plain baking soda before refilling them with fresh straw. Over time the original insulation has been clawed, shredded, peed on, and probably seen every other type of fluid you can imagine. I saw these replacements available and decided to splurge on our buddies. I have not yet installed them as both tubes are currently serving as a cat nursery! Soon, I will clear them out, clean them, replenish them and get them ready for another Illinois winter. Thank you all for great products, using recyclable materials, and for fast, free shipping. Glad to help a great family country so close to my home....and keep up the great work on behalf of kitties everywhere!

Insulation fit perfectly. Wasn’t sure about an extra piece so I called. The man walked me thru installing it. Very nice customer service and an excellent product. I’ve had my kitty tube for almost 6 years.

Fits inside the orignial insulation perfectly, adding a bit more cooling in the summer and warmth in the winter. Hope my cats appreciate it as much as I do!
