All Kitty Tube items returned in UNUSED condition, within the 30 day return period, will have a restocking fee of 10% of purchase price.
All Kitty Tube items returned in USED condition, within the 30 day return period, will have a restocking fee of 20% of purchase price.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The Kitty Tube can provide a return label, taking advantage of our discounted shipping rates, but the cost will be deducted off of your return.
Kitty Tube DOES NOT accept returns beyond 30 days of purchase.
